Applications and systems

Replace the spreadsheet everyone dreads.

Every growing business has one: the file only two people understand, the process that runs on somebody remembering. We rebuild those as software that holds — priced per phase, so you see it working before you commit to the next part.

  1. Step one

    Paid discovery

We spend a defined period mapping how the work actually happens now, writing down the requirements, and producing a technical scope with a fixed build price. That document is yours to keep — including if you take it to another developer.

Free proposals are guesses. Guess low and it becomes a change-order argument once you are committed; guess high and you overpay for the seller's uncertainty. Paid discovery gives you a real scope and a real number, and it is the smallest commitment either of us can make to find out whether this is a fit.

  2. Step two

    Fixed-price phased build

Each phase is priced before it starts and ends with software your team can actually use. You are never asked to pay for eighteen months of work and hope. If a phase lands badly, you find out early and cheaply.

  3. Step three

    Maintenance

Every delivered system carries maintenance at 18% of build cost per year. Unmaintained software quietly becomes a liability — dependencies rot, the one person who understood it leaves. We do not hand over systems without it, and we would be suspicious of anyone who does.

18% is the number, quoted up front and held to. Nobody discovers it at renewal.

What we build

The kinds of things we get asked for.

  • Internal business systems and administrative tools
  • Workflow automation and process digitisation
  • Integrations between systems you already run
  • Customer-facing portals and applications

Ownership

Yours is yours.

Your data, your designs and the system built for you belong to you. What we keep is the generic plumbing underneath — the reusable components that are not specific to your business.

That is what lets the next client pay less for the same groundwork, and it is why our prices are what they are.

Which process costs you the most time?

Tell us what it is, who does it, and how often. We will tell you whether it is worth automating and roughly what discovery would cost — before you commit to anything.
