Who we are
The option in between.
Hire a freelancer and they are cheap until they stop replying. Hire an enterprise vendor and you get six months of meetings and an invoice with a comma in the wrong place. Most growing businesses need something between the two. That is the whole reason we exist.
Byte Octa is an IT company based in Quezon City, Philippines. We build static websites, supply and manage Microsoft 365 licences, and develop applications and systems for businesses that need software shaped around how they actually work.
We are structured as a stock corporation with multiple founding partners, and we are independent — no operational or financial ties to any other company our founders are involved in.

Strategy
Start small. Stay as long as it is worth it.
Our three services are sequenced on purpose. A website is the cheapest, fastest way to find out whether you like working with us. Licensing is the part you hand over and stop thinking about. Systems are the significant work, and we would rather earn that than pitch for it.
Nothing here is a package you have to buy whole. Plenty of clients only ever want a website, and that is a perfectly good outcome.
- 01 Static websites Start here
- 02 Microsoft 365 licensing Hand it over
- 03 Applications and systems Fix the real problem
The partners
The people you would actually be working with.

What you can hold us to
Four promises, in writing.
-
We scope before we build.
A fixed price comes after we understand the problem, not before.
-
We publish what we can.
Standardised offerings carry standardised prices, on the website.
-
We stay after launch.
Care plans and maintenance contracts mean the relationship begins at go-live rather than ending there.
-
We say no.
If a project is not a fit, we tell you early instead of taking the deposit.
Tell us what is not working.
A slow website, a licence bill nobody understands, a process eating three hours a week — whichever it is, describe it in a couple of sentences. We will tell you what it would take to fix, and say so plainly if you do not need us.
